Вся реклама на одной из станций лондонского метро была заменена на изображения котиков. Проект #CatsNotAds неожиданно получил свое реальное воплощение.

В начале мая активисты группы Glimpse начала сбор средств на Kickstarter для того, чтобы разместить на станции Clapham Common на две недели вместо рекламы изображения котиков.

Коты выбраны не случайно — это питомцы британских приютов для бездомных животных, а сам проект получил название «Служба захвата рекламы гражданами» (сокращенно CATS).

Вместо того чтобы призвать вас купить что-то, мы призываем вас задуматься о настоящих ценностях. Не обязательно о кошках, но о чем-то, что вы не можете найти в магазинах.

Чтобы осуществить задуманное, Glimpse запустила кампанию на Kickstarter. Идеею поддержали 700 человек, и в общей сложности удалось собрать £23 тыс. За £100 любой желающий сможет на время разместить в лондонской подземке изображение и своего питомца.
